Mad props d.o.o. is not the owner of the Selfiebot (hereinafter refered to as: the Product), but is only  distributing the product in Croatia and other countries in the Region.Therefore, Mad Props does not collect, distribute or in any other way operates nor takes part in the process of gathering and processing personal data and pictures of the participants/users of the Product.

Therefore, the Privacy Policy of the owner applies at all times (http://selfiebot.io/privacy-policy.html).

The User of the Product agrees (by accepting the Privacy Policy of the Owner and prior to using the Product itself) that all pictures and videos taken by Mad props d.o.o. during any event where the Product is being used are going to be collected and used with the sole intention of promoting the Product on Selfiebot and/or Mad Props Social Media accounts and on www.selfiebot.hr website, and are not intended to be used for any other purposewithout prior consent of the User/Participant.
